Prices

All prices are shown in Euro - VAT non available due to article 293B of the French General.

Customers residing outside the European Union may be charged with additional taxes. If you are a non-european customer, please inform yourself of your country legal duties before purchasing.

Delivery expenses are paid by the customer and depend on the items selected and the geographical zone they are sent to. 

Payment

All purchases must be paid by one of the available payment methods mentioned below.

Please note that due to occasional limited availability, we cannot guarantee that a particular book will be available by the time you finalize your order. In these circumstances, we will notify you and re-fund you as soon as possible with any sum debited from your credit/debit card.

Purchasing many quantities of the same book could be refused cause of the limited stock of each item.

Shipping

We will not responsible if you select the untracked method in case of lost of the parcel. It's a special shipping price but there is some risk of not be delivery and a slow shipping method specially for the oversea's recipient.

 

Return policy

If the book(s) you received is not in the same condition as we mentioned,or get damaged during the shipping, items must be returned by registered mail within 10 working days from date of receipt.

Returns must be paid for by the customer. Customers may choose a replacement of item, a credit note or a refund.

Refunds by bank transfer are applied if the original payment was made by bank transfer. In case the payment was made with PayPal, returns will be made through PayPal and become instantly availabe. 

We recommend all customers to: 

1. Check if the package is in good condition.

2. If the package is damaged, open the package asking the delivery person to wait for the verification and check if the product is according to order and if no external visible defects exist.

3. In case of non-conformity with what was ordered, may it be an error on the delivered product or a visible defect, please reject the delivery and point out the problem by filling out the form made for this kind of events. Give back the package(s) with all it's contents to the delivery person/company
